Day to day management of existing accounts. 2. Make new customer contact to introduce Foseco refractory products and develop new sales. 3. Work closely with technical marketing group to develop specific account strategies and action plans. Employee Requirements: 1. The ability to develop strong relationships and maintain daily contact with key decision makers is required, therefore good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. 2. A working knowledge of the Chinese steel industry, steel making, or refractory products is also desired. 3. A four year college degree with major in metallurgical or materials science is a plus. 4. It is also desirable that candidates have a good ability to speak, understand, read, and write English. 5.
